Enjoyed this little piece from New York Times Magazine about the shortfalls of data. It's a few weeks old, but thought of it now because Valerie Strauss blogged about Chicago today. Chicago. Former home of Arne Duncan. And supposedly the sucess story behind Race to the Top. Or maybe there isn't a success story behind it.
